Tamara Lewis

Tamara Lewis is the head of our Americas Machinery, Paper and Metals sector. She is also an expert in our broader Advanced Manufacturing & Services , Technology & Cloud Services and Transformation & Change practices.

Tamara has an extensive track record of supporting change-oriented leaders to drive successful transformations. Her work has focused on reimagining business models and repositioning organizations for growth by embedding new capabilities to deliver sustained value.

She has held numerous Bain leadership roles across professional development, HR, and global training. She is a recipient of Bain’s global Bright-Dix Award for excellence in professional development.

Tamara joined Bain Boston in 2008 as an Associate Consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University (summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors).
