Wonseok Lee

Wonseok Lee is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Mergers & Acquisitions practices.

Since joining Bain in 2019, he has worked with clients across a range of sectors, including batteries, chemicals, waste management and recycling, agriculture, and industrial goods and services. His experience includes corporate strategy, with a focus on full-potential growth strategies, portfolio strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and new business strategies. He has also led mergers and acquisitions and post-merger integration projects for strategic investors and private equity funds.

Wonseok Lee holds a degree in nuclear engineering from Seoul National University.
