Who you will work with
BCN Customer CoE, has the vision to lend expertise, speed and competitiveness to Bain’s Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Customer Experience projects through co-developing and delivering Pricing products, designing Go-to-Market Strategy Solutions and improve customer experience effectively through client-oriented solutions. In the CoE, we develop products and deliver solutions that help clients identify and fulfil full potential across the entire value chain of sales and customer journey. Also capturing value across – from problem identification, solution designing, and implementation, to capability transfer. The CoE has fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous innovation and learning. What you’ll do
- You will be an integral part of the team, bringing specialized knowledge to BMS/MCX product(s) in development and generating insight for BMS/MCX related IP/ tools as well as help in end client deliveryWould work under the guidance of the Customer COE Project Leader or Manager, playing a key role in driving the team’s overall output while developing product or serving clients by preparing presentations, data analysis and other initiativesExpected to oversee and train a team of COE Analysts across the above effort and develop the next set of specialistsYou will be 100% staffed on a specific project at a timeTake responsibility for assigned work streams and generate hypotheses. Effectively understand the work plan and execute itBrainstorm with the Project Leader on various aspects of case or IP work which ranges across scope definition, data cleaning, explorations, feature engineering, feature selection, modeling, building prototype, documentation of an algorithm and insights etc.Possess or develop good working knowledge on analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL etc.Identify and apply the relevant analytical tools for own work stream. Ensure zero-defect analysis in own workStream ensuring key questions are answered in a timely mannerHelp in driving conversations through analytics, including, but not limited to - Building dashboards – Driving insights through data analysis – Story-lining the deliverable to prove/disprove hypothesesCommunicate data, knowledge and insight to the entire team. Perform sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutionsTrain up and guide the team on technical and analytical aspectsProvides feedback and coach Analysts on task execution and roleDeliver clear and professional presentations to teams/case team/managers etc.Consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions; recognize different professional development needs in oneself and work towards it.
About you
- Work experience range in case highest qualification is undergraduate studies 2 to 5 years of hands on experience in data operations, data analytics or consulting with BMS/MCX predictive/ marketing analytics exposure and strong academic recordsWork experience range in case highest qualification is postgraduate studies 0 3 years of hands on experience in data operations, data analytics or consulting with BMS/MCX predictive/ marketing analytics exposure and strong academic recordsCandidates should possess good technical, analytical, communication and team skillsPrior experience with ETL, data analytics is important Working skills in Python is required Proficiency in Python, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau will be preferred
