WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Product Management & Innovation experts within the AI, Insights & Solutions team—part of Bain’s digital capabilities practice. Working alongside colleagues in analytics, engineering, product, and design, you’ll help deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that support Bain’s External Talent Function (ETF) and enhance the user experience across our systems.
YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in configuring and optimizing talent technology products. Sitting at the intersection of product management and technical operations, you’ll ensure systems run effectively, support evolving business needs, and drive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and automation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Translate business needs into product enhancements and scalable technical solutions
• Configure and optimize systems aligned with the product roadmap
• Support pilots, including implementation, communication, and training
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide advanced user support
• Partner with vendors to resolve issues and drive product improvements
• Analyze product metrics to generate insights and inform decisions
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency
ABOUT YOU
• 3–5 years of experience in product operations, application support, or HR/talent systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments
• Experience with platforms such as ATS, CRM, or VMS (Avature preferred)
• Clear communicator, able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to improve processes
• Familiarity with automation tools or scripting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
