WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Commercial Excellence Go-to-Market (CE GTM) Delivery team within the Bain Capability Network. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with B2B go-to-market teams across the Americas, working alongside colleagues in the U.S. and India. You’ll be part of a collaborative, international environment focused on delivering high-impact commercial transformation solutions across industries.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Analyst, you’ll work within a small, high-performing team (typically 3–4 members) supporting Associates and Project Leaders/Managers. You’ll help identify opportunities for improvement across key go-to-market levers, including market opportunity, route to market, sales capacity, account planning, pricing, marketing, and commercial operations. Projects typically span 2 to 8 weeks and cover a range of B2B industries.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct high-quality research and quantitative analysis to support client engagements
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Execute specific workstream tasks under the guidance of senior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver project objectives
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies across industries such as technology, telecom, industrial goods, financial services, and healthcare
- Build expertise in commercial excellence topics, including pricing, salesforce effectiveness, and market strategy
ABOUT YOU
Required:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree (e.g., engineering, business, economics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required. Please submit your resume in English

Nice to have:
- Experience in consulting or corporate strategy, particularly with go-to-market exposure
- Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI
- Exposure to GTM analytics (e.g., pricing, sales productivity, territory design, account planning frameworks)
WORKING MODEL
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence four days per week at our Polanco (Mexico City) office.
RECRUITING PROCESS
Our interview process includes a combination of behavioral interviews and a live Excel assessment. As part of the process, you will be asked to complete a practical Excel exercise, where you will share your screen and work through a structured task to demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving skills.
