WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our EMEA Finance team supporting Private Equity Group (PEG) engagements across the regions. The team plays a critical role in enabling commercial success by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient revenue management.
You will work closely with the EMEA PEG Client Finance Quarterback (FQB), as well as Partners, case teams, and finance colleagues, to manage financial operations across the full lifecycle of client engagements. This role offers strong exposure to commercial finance in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an AR Coordinator within the EMEA Finance team, you will be a key contributor to end-to-end revenue processes. You will coordinate case setup, invoicing, and expense management, while ensuring high-quality financial data to support reporting and decision-making.
You will operate with a high degree of ownership, working both independently and collaboratively across a regional stakeholder group. This role provides a strong foundation in commercial finance and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiativies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate case setup, including creation and distribution of case codes following approval
- Maintain accurate financial data throughout the case lifecycle to support reporting and analysis
- Manage expense tracking processes, including distribution and collection of trackers
- Reconcile case expenses against SAP records, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare client-ready expense summaries as needed
- Draft invoices in line with engagement terms and local requirements
- Coordinate approvals with the Client FQB and Partners
- Finalize and post invoices in SAP and support timely distribution to client and internal stakeholders
- Support management reporting through accurate data maintenance and updates
- Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis (e.g., pricing, expense trends)
- Prepare client-specific financial reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of more efficient ways of working
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Revenue roles; professional services experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence working with large datasets
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to deliver accurate, structured analyses
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
- Collaborative team player with a flexible, solutions-oriented approach
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher)
- Open to working in a hybrid model, with 2 days per week based in our Warsaw GBS office
