WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will assist in the administration and management of weekly deployment planning
- You will help the team with optimizing resource allocation
- You will independently create reports and overviews on various relevant topics
- You will handle communication with project teams regarding reports & staffing allocations
ABOUT YOU
- You are available 20 hours/week, preferably across 4 days a week (up to 40 hours/week possible during semester breaks)
- You have very good English skills, both written and spoken; German proficiency is an advantage
- You are flexible, well-organized, and communicate effectively
- You have a good understanding of databases and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You think in a structured, forward-thinking way
- You enjoy precise work in a dynamic and international environment
- You ideally bring some prior experience in HR
