We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join the Global Partner Analytics & Talent (GPAT) team, which supports Bain’s Worldwide Promotion Committee and leads the global partner assessment processes across all Bain regions, offices, and practices.
The team also drives critical analytical and strategic initiatives for Bain’s Worldwide Managing Partner, Regional Managing Partners, Chief Leadership Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Board of Directors.
Partners are the most senior members of Bain’s consulting staff and play a vital role in the firm’s success through client leadership, business development, mentorship, and internal leadership. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across the firm and contribute to decisions that shape Bain’s future leadership.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be a key member of the Analytics team, delivering data-driven insights, financial analysis, and scalable reporting solutions to senior stakeholders across Bain’s global leadership.
This role combines financial analysis, business intelligence, and data transformation with a strong emphasis on Tableau dashboard development, Alteryx workflows, and advanced analytics. You will help modernize and automate reporting processes that support critical decisions related to partner performance, compensation, and promotion.

- Lead financial analysis supporting Bain’s global partner compensation process.
- Partner with senior finance leaders to analyze trends, monitor management metrics, and develop recommendations.
- Support Bain’s Partner Assessment System (PAS) by preparing datasets, analyses, and reporting outputs.
- Analyze promotion candidate performance metrics to support globally consistent evaluation processes.
- Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Research and respond to requests from office leaders, committee members, and finance stakeholders.
- Support the migration of reporting processes from Excel-based solutions and Alteryx workflows into scalable Tableau dashboards.
- Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
