WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join Bain’s North America Industry Recruiting team, part of our Talent Acquisition organization. The team is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and integrating experienced professionals across Bain’s U.S. and Canada offices.

You’ll work closely with the Manager and Director of Industry Recruiting, as well as recruiting teams, interviewers, employees, and other Talent Acquisition partners across North America.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Coordinator on our North America Industry Recruiting team, you’ll provide operational, scheduling, and candidate management support across our experienced-hire recruiting efforts.

You’ll play an important role in creating a seamless and professional experience for candidates, interviewers, and office teams. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced, people-focused work, while gaining meaningful exposure to Bain’s Talent Acquisition organization.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate interviews and recruiting logistics across North America, partnering with candidates, interviewers, and recruiting teams to deliver a smooth experience.
  • Support application management, resume screening, referrals, candidate sourcing, and pipeline engagement.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Avature, including tracking, reporting, and event management.
  • Manage recruiting inboxes and candidate communications, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
  • Support recruiting events, outreach, and marketing activities in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Marketing team.
  • Assist with recruiting data and reporting, as well as offer, onboarding, and integration logistics.
  • Contribute to broader recruiting initiatives and team projects as needed.


ABOUT YOU

  • You have 2+ years of experience in administrative support, recruiting support, or operations, ideally within professional services, consulting, or a corporate environment.
  • You bring strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • You communicate professionally and confidently in written and spoken English and are comfortable engaging with candidates, employees, and senior stakeholders.
  • You’re a motivated self-starter with a customer-service mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • You exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • You’re comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment across multiple time zones and geographies.
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with an applicant tracking system, particularly Avature, is a plus.
  • You have the flexibility to occasionally adjust your working hours to support recruiting activity across North American time zones as needed.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Ability to work in-office in Mexico City
