Boston Career Forum 2026 – Bain Tokyo Office Opportunities

1. Associate Consultant: 

• For undergraduate and master's students graduating in 2027 from universities outside Japan

2. Associate Consultant Intern (ACI) 

• For undergraduate and master's students graduating in 2028 from universities outside Japan  *Internship to be held in Summer 2027

3. Associate Consultant (AC – Exchange Students): 

• For exchange students who are currently enrolled at an overseas university and will graduate from a Japanese university
• Candidates must be available to join the Tokyo office in 2027 or 2028

Eligibility Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
• For non-native Japanese speakers, JLPT N1-level proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese at the time of application
• Eligibility to obtain a Japanese work visa
• No full-time professional work experience
• First time applying to the position during your enrollment in your institution

• Resume (CV)
• Academic transcript or GPA
• Language proficiency information

Selection Process

1. CV screening
2. Online assessments
3. First-round interviews: October 17–18 (JST)
4. Second-round interviews: October 26–30 (JST)
5. Final-round interviews: Scheduled individually with each candidate in early November

All interviews will be conducted online. Please ensure you are available during the interview periods above, as interviews will only be held on these dates
