Tevia Segovia is an expert in Bain's Financial Services and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices. She also leads our global Payments practice.  

She has more than 15 years of consulting experience working with clients across credit cards, insurance, group benefits and banking, as well as private equity. She holds deep expertise in topics such as the Net Promoter System (NPS®), customer experience, corporate and business unit strategy, performance improvement and commercial due diligence.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MS in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
