Tevia Segovia is a partner in Bain & Company's New York office. She is an expert in Bain's Financial Services and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices.

She has more than 10 years of management consulting experience.

Tevia primarily advises clients in such financial services sectors as credit cards, insurance, group benefits and banking, in addition to private equity. She holds deep expertise in topics such as the Net Promoter System (NPS®), customer experience, corporate and business unit strategy, performance improvement and commercial due diligence.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as an MS in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
