Thomas Lustgarten

Thomas Lustgarten is the leader of our global Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

With more than two decades of professional experience and a great passion for leading client teams, he also serves as chairman of our Switzerland initiatives and is a key member of our Financial Services and Strategy practices.

He mainly advises clients on strategy development and implementation, transformation, digitalization, full potential development programs and reorganization, as well as M&A and company integration. Although much of his recent case work has centered on the construction, aerospace and electrical equipment spheres, he is also deeply established in commercial and corporate banking.

Thomas previously spent 13 years as managing partner of our Switzerland team, throughout which he led our new director training program.

Prior to joining our firm, he worked in power plant construction for ABB, where he managed international projects, particularly across Asia and Europe.

Thomas earned an MBA from INSEAD and an M.Sc. in electrical engineering from ETH Zurich.

He is married with three children.
