Danielle Stekelenburg

Danielle Stekelenburg is the Global Delivery & Talent Lead of our Performance Improvement practice.

She specializes in complex global transformations, and previously led our Accelerated Performance Transformation product across EMEA. She helps clients realize rapid results: optimizing delivery, reducing costs, and increasing revenue, with a strong focus on building the culture needed to sustain change. She works across industries, with particular experience in technology and telecommunications.

Day-to-day, Danielle leads AI-powered transformations. She helps executives translate AI's promise into pragmatic delivery: identifying where AI can accelerate results, where human judgment should remain central, and how to build the talent and operating model needed to sustain change.

Danielle holds a Master of Science in systems engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Master of Arts in econometrics from Western University in Canada.

Outside of work, Danielle volunteers as a business coach to entrepreneurs leading sports-related startups.
