Emily Emmett is a partner in Bain & Company's Houston office. She is an active contributor to Bain’s Organization and Strategy practices, with particular expertise in decision effectiveness, talent development, and change management.
Emily has deep experience helping companies achieve transformational change. She is a recognized expert in designing and implementing operating model improvements, often to deliver a new strategy.
She has been with the firm since 2005 and previously worked in the firm's New York and London offices.
Over the last decade, Emily has worked extensively in the energy, healthcare, and technology sectors, focusing on helping leadership teams align their organizations to deliver results in the context of rapidly changing market conditions.
Emily also has extensive experience working with private equity funds on strategic due diligence and portfolio improvement. She has performed and led due diligence on more than 50 assets throughout her career.
In addition to her client responsibilities, Emily is a leader of Bain’s Women@Bain program and has led numerous initiatives to develop human capital strategies to meet the firm's business objectives.
Emily earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated with a BA in English, magna cum laude, from Rice University.
