Henry Coats is a leader within the firm's Advanced Manufacturing and Services, Aerospace & Defense, and Performance Improvement practices.
He has more than a decade of consulting experience working with large public corporations and private equity-owned businesses across the commercial aerospace, defense, space, industrial manufacturing, and technology sectors. His work focuses on helping executive teams drive performance turnarounds and execute complex full-potential transformations, spanning large-scale operations programs, post-merger integrations, operating model redesign, and Engineering / R&D effectiveness initiatives.
In addition to client work, Henry supports a number of professional development initiatives and global training programs at Bain, and previously served as Director of Consulting Programs for the Seattle office.
He has worked across Bain's Boston, New York, and Seattle offices and was a founding member of the Seattle office when it opened in 2018.
Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics, with Honors, from Williams College.
