Henry Coats

Henry Coats is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing and Services, Retail, and Performance Improvement practices.

He has worked with a number of leading manufacturing companies – particularly within the aerospace and defense sector. His work has focused primarily on performance improvement, organization, and full potential transformation capabilities, often in a post-acquisition setting.

In addition to client work, Henry supports a number of professional development initiatives and global training programs at Bain, and previously served as program manager for both Associate Consultants and Consultants in the Seattle office.

He has worked across our Boston, New York, and Seattle offices and was a founding member of the Seattle office when it opened in 2018.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics, with Honors, from Williams College.
