Ivan Hindshaw is the regional managing partner for Bain & Company's Americas practice. He is based in Los Angeles and is a leader in the firm's Results Delivery®, Transformation, Healthcare and Consumer Products practices.

Ivan has more than 25 years of experience advising clients across multiple industries, including healthcare, consumer products, technology and aerospace and defense. He has expertise in partnering with clients to lead transformational change; develop corporate, product and channel strategy; and execute successful M&A and post-merger integration.

In addition to assisting clients, Ivan serves as regional managing partner for the Americas. In this role, he is responsible for both client and Bain people outcomes throughout the region and works closely with his counterparts in EMEA and APAC to grow the firm globally.

Previously, Ivan led Bain’s Los Angeles office and Results Delivery practice.

Ivan joined Bain in 1993 and, after serving clients in the firm's San Francisco and Sydney offices, relocated to Los Angeles in 1999.

He earned an MBA, with honors, from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is also a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, where he earned a BA in political economy, was elected Phi Beta Kappa and graduated magna cum laude.
