Moonsup Shin is the head of Korea Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practices. He is also a member of our Advanced Analytics, and Performance improvement practices.
Moonsup has more than 20 years of management consulting experience, delivering strategies that work for leading companies.
He has served major clients in various industries, including high-tech, semiconductor, Cloud, network and consumer electronics. His extensive consulting experience covers topics such as growth strategy, portfolio/turnaround, M&A/PMI, Innovation and strategic risk management. He also has experience leading Greater China Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practices as co-head of those practices.

Prior to joining Bain, Moonsup worked at two other global consulting firms as a Partner as well as a Manager.
Moonsup graduated summa cum laude from Seoul National University with a bachelor’s degree in social studies education. He also earned an EMBA from the University of Michigan Business School.
