Moonsup Shin is a partner in Bain & Company's Seoul and Greater China offices. He is a key member of the firm's Technology, Advanced Analytics, Consumer Products and Retail practices. Especially, he is a core leadership in Technology, Media and Telecommunications(TMT) practices in Bain's Seoul office and head of TMT practice in China office.
Moonsup has more than 20years of management consulting experience, delivering strategies that work for leading companies.
He has served major clients in various industries, including high tech, consumer electronics, telecommunications, automotive and pharmaceutical industry. His extensive consulting experience covers topics such as growth strategy, portfolio/turnaround, M&A/PMI, change management and strategic risk management.

Prior to joining Bain, Moonsup worked at two other global consulting firms as a Partner as well as a Manager.
Moonsup graduated summa cum laude from Seoul National University with a bachelor’s degree in social studies education. He also earned an EMBA from the University of Michigan Business School.
