Paolo Misurale is a partner in Bain & Company's Singapore office. He is an expert in Consumer Products and leads Bain's practice for Asia-Pacific.
He has more than 15 years of management consulting experience across Europe and Asia, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing strategic issues.
Paolo has extensive experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors, having advised a wide variety of major local and international players in the food & beverage, tobacco, alcoholic beverages and personal care space. He holds deep expertise in topics related to perfect sales execution, the Bain Brand Accelerator, revenue management, trade spending & promo optimization, route to market and sales & distribution in emerging economies, strategy and full potential.
He joined Bain in 2003 and spent the first 10 years of his career serving clients in Italy and across Europe. Since 2012, he has been based in Singapore, leading projects throughout SEA as well as Australia and New Zealand.
Paolo holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Luiss University (Rome).
