Richard Webster is head of our global Consumer Products practice, and part of our global leadership team. He helps C-suite executives navigate their most strategic challenges, with a focus on achieving their full potential.
Richard has a particular focus on growth related topics – corporate/business unit strategy, portfolio transformation, digital acceleration, future operating model.
With over two decades of experience at the firm, his client engagements, largely with top-50 consumer goods companies, have had global scope and covered a range of categories, from food and beverage to personal care. Richard notably led the return to growth of multiple $10B+ consumer goods companies, from flat revenue growth to robust, sustainable top- and bottom-line performance.
He holds a B.Sc. in chemistry from the University of Bristol.
Richard and his wife have three young children and a labradoodle to keep them busy. In his personal time, Richard enjoys open-water swimming and exploring the outdoors.
