Dharmendra Hiranandani

Dharmendra Hiranandani is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources (ENR), and Sustainability & Responsibility practices.

He works primarily at the intersection of ENR and sustainability with a focus on cleantech, decarbonization, new energy pathways, and value-creation opportunities from the energy and carbon transition. His work primarily surrounds strategy design, policy shaping, investment/assets mobilization (and M&A and integration), and results delivery. His case portfolio includes advising multi-national organizations, national policymakers, global changemakers, unicorn start-ups, and investors like private equity and venture capitalists.

He also leads our work with the World Economic Forum in scaling their MENA region coalition "Leaders for a Sustainable MENA" focused on sustainable and green growth in the MENA region with a focus on carbon emissions, net zero plans, and energy transition.

He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (graduated with a Gold Medal) and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
