Jeff Haxer leads our Global Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestitures practice. He is also a member of our Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. He previously served as Bain's Global Solution Leader for Merger Integration and, before that, led the firm's global Divestitures solution.
Jeff advises corporate and private equity clients on strategic portfolio decisions, helping them navigate complex transactions and unlock value. He combines strategic insight with hands-on operational expertise to help clients navigate complex transaction challenges and deliver lasting results.
In addition to his deep expertise in healthcare and life sciences, his industry experience spans automotive, insurance, distribution, packaging, retail, restaurants, and agriculture.
A recognized thought leader in the field, Jeff has authored Bain's research on spin-off success and is passionate about advancing M&A strategies and solutions to harness the opportunities presented by AI.
Based in Chicago, Jeff earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BBA with honors from the University of Michigan
