He advises clients across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals (small and large molecule), medical devices, automotive, insurance, distribution (cold chain and non-cold chain), packaging (rigid and flexible) and agriculture.
Jeff has led more than 35 corporate and PE due diligence assessments, multiple post-merger integration assignments and several complex separations/carve-outs. His supply chain performance improvement experience includes in-plant complexity reduction work, installation of S&OP and forecasting/inventory planning processes, inventory optimization and network optimization.
Prior to Bain, Jeff worked in consulting, helping clients improve operations in the automotive and pharmaceutical distribution industries.
Jeff earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BBA with honors from the University of Michigan.
