Michael Sion is a member of the firm's Private Equity, Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Aerospace, Defense & Government Services practices.
Michael advises corporate and investor clients across industrial goods and services with emphasis in the aerospace, defense, and government services sector. He has deep expertise in strategy, commercial due diligence and corporate M&A.
Prior to joining Bain in 2008, he worked for DFI International, where he advised US government clients on strategy and policy.
He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a BA in international affairs, magna cum laude, from George Washington University.
