Ronnie Westmoreland

Ronnie Westmoreland is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

Ronnie has significant experience supporting management teams in addressing strategic priorities, including driving growth and optimizing operational performance. He also has worked with private equity portfolio companies to develop long-term value creation strategies and execution plans.

His primary areas of focus at Bain include supporting industrial and services clients on growth strategy, operational improvement, and strategic transformation initiatives. His experience spans a range of functional areas, including operations, commercial strategy, and M&A.

Beyond his client work, Ronnie leads Black at Bain in Texas and is an active contributor to the Texas office culture and mentorship programs.

Ronnie earned an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Southern Illinois University.
