About Bain & Company
Bain & Company is one of the world's leading management consulting firms, partnering with clients across the private, public, and non-profit sectors to deliver results and create lasting impact. Founded in 1973, we operate across 67 cities in 40 countries, serving clients across every industry and in every part of the world.
Our Middle East offices span Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Doha, and are among our fastest-growing globally. Our Riyadh office is at the center of that story — a close-knit, entrepreneurial team operating at remarkable pace, working at the heart of Saudi Arabia's national transformation and partnering with some of the most significant organizations in the Kingdom on their most critical agendas. It is the kind of office where people invest in those around them, and where all team members are included, supported, and given the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business.
The Launch Program
Launch (انطلاق) is Bain & Company's Business Functions internship program, designed to give talented early-career Saudi nationals meaningful, hands-on experience within one of our core internal functions — bridging the gap between academic preparation and professional practice.
Positions are offered as fixed-term contracts of either 6 or 12 months. The program is open to recent graduates, as well as students enrolled in a degree program that includes a mandatory cooperative education (COOP) placement as a formal requirement.
Key responsibilities

- Help prepare materials, reports, and presentations as directed by team members
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation to support team workflows
- Assist with the planning and logistics of team initiatives, events, or projects as directed
USING SYSTEMS AND TOOLS

- Enter, update, and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Generate standard reports from internal systems to support the team's work

- Support internal coordination by helping to chase information, follow up on requests, and assist with day-to-day communication as directed
- Attend team meetings and internal sessions, contributing where appropriate and building familiarity with how the broader business operates
- Participate in program specific and firmwide learning sessions or events to broaden understanding of the business and develop professional networks
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Set clear goals in collaboration with your team lead, and leverage your buddy to take responsibility for tracking progress against them
- Seek and apply feedback regularly, with a positive attitude to new ways of working
- Build a foundational understanding of the business function and how it contributes to the firm's overall objectives
- Participate in the development and adoption of AI-powered tools being rolled out across business functions — contributing feedback, testing new workflows, and helping embed these tools into day-to-day team practice
