WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times.
Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.
The Director, Contracts & Analysis leads the negotiation of commercial contract terms across a portfolio of client agreements and service lines, including results-based compensation (RBC) and other performance-linked constructs. The role partners with case teams, Legal, Finance and members of Bain's Consulting Leadership Team throughout the negotiation process and is accountable for the assessment and clear communication of issues, analysis and risks arising from proposed commercial terms.
As a subject-matter resource on commercial terms and a business partner to the Leadership Team, the role builds and maintains the repeatable policies, templates and processes that govern contracting execution. It leads RBC governance and retrospective reviews of material programs, and drives updates to internal IP and best practice in step with global COE guidance.
