Hugo Parkinson is a Senior Partner at Bain & Company.
His primary focus is on Industrial businesses, where he is currently the leader of Bain & Company’s Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice in EMEA.
He has a proven track record of delivering high quality results particularly in strategy development, operational & performance improvement/ transformations and across operating model, separation and merger integration situations - often in a post-acquisition setting.
Prior to Bain, Hugo was a submarine officer in the Royal Navy, and he holds a 1st class MEng in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Bristol.
