Lokesh has over 20 years of experience building and scaling technology-led businesses across global industrial conglomerates and consulting. He advises clients on GCC strategy, factory of the future, industrial IoT, agentic AI and new business building.
He has led capability centres, covering location strategy, operating model design, AI studio setup and the transition of captive centres into global technology hubs. In advanced manufacturing he delivers smart factory transformations spanning connected operations, supply chain, manufacturing analytics and digital twins. He also leads Engine 2 work, helping industrial clients incubate ventures and stand up new business units.
Prior to Bain, Lokesh scaled a digital business at a global industrial conglomerate, leading Industrial IoT across India, ASEAN, Mexico, Turkey, and South Africa. He was previously Managing Director of a UK-listed electronics manufacturer in India with full P&L ownership.
Lokesh holds an MBA from La Trobe University and a BE from KLE Technological University, India.
