Olivia Massey

Olivia Massey is a member of our Utilities & Renewables practice.

She has worked for multiple energy clients on a range of topics, including major capital project acceleration, performance improvement, generation transition, and FP&A reporting redesign. She has extensive experience in transmission, in particular.

Outside of client work, she leads recruiting efforts for MIT and the New York Green Team. She also supports many environmental non-profits as an advisor for Bain’s non-profit partner organization, Inspire.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and Energy studies from MIT and an MBA from Columbia.

In her personal time, she enjoys running and gardening. She is also an active member of the Billion Oyster Project’s junior board.
