Sebastien Pavy is a partner and leader in our Retail, Customer Strategy & Marketing, Private Equity and Technology practices, based in Los Angeles. He primarily advises clients across the restaurant, hospitality and music industries.

Throughout his firm tenure, Sebastien has assisted clients on strategy development, top- and bottom-line operational improvement and M&A. He is also skilled in digital and data strategy, advanced analytics, use case prioritization and test-and-learn approach.

He is the head of our firm's proprietary Vantage platform, which leverages machine learning for site selection, footprint optimization and rationalization.

Sebastien has a broad background in highly leveraged workouts and turnarounds, as well as deep experience working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

He joined our Paris office in 2006 and transferred to Los Angeles in 2013.

Sebastien graduated from ESSEC Business School with a master's degree in finance and strategy.
