Tom Rooney

Tom Rooney is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources, Mining, Performance Improvement, and Supply Chain Management practices.

He has nearly 10 years of management consulting experience, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing strategic issues.

Tom's work centers around energy and natural resources, with a particular focus on capital intensive industries and mining. He advises clients on issues such as Full Potential performance improvement, asset strategies, supply chain and procurement, and major project optimization.

In addition, Tom has deep experience in operating model design, merger integration, and private equity.

He holds bachelor's and master's degrees, with high distinction, from the University of Cape Town.
