Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW)

Description & Requirements

This program is for second-year undergraduate students who want to learn more about management consulting, explore what a career in consulting could look like, and connect with members of our Women at Bain affinity group.

Meet Bain’s CREW

Bain’s Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW) program is a 1.5-day, in-person program held February 18 – 19th across Bain's U.S. and Canada offices, designed to help undergraduate students explore a career in management consulting. Through interactive sessions, case discussions, and professional development workshops, you'll hear firsthand from members of our Women at Bain affinity group about how they've built thriving careers at Bain — and gain the tools to start building yours.
