Who is eligible to apply to the CREW program?
Sophomore (second) year bachelor’s degree candidates completing their degree at a four-year institution by winter 2025 or spring 2026, who identify as women. If you aren’t a US or Canadian citizen, you can still be eligible if you are or will be attending a university in the US or Canada at the time of the program.
Do I need to have any prior experience in consulting to participate?
No, you don’t need any prior experience to be accepted into the CREW program—nor to get value from it. We encourage you to apply no matter your major or background.
When do interviews take place? What is the interview process like?
There will be no formal interviews for CREW. Rather, all applicants will be asked to answer 3 questions in a video format through HireVue following the application deadline on November 1st. All candidates will be provided additional details following the application deadline.
When and where is the in-person summit?
The in-person summit will be hosted in late-January or early-February across several North America offices. Participants will be placed in offices closest to their university. Additional details will be provided to candidates selected to partake in the program.
If I am not selected for CREW, can I still apply to Bain in the future?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. CREW is a highly selective program. If you are not selected, we would like to stay connected regarding the associate consultant intern role.
