Cassy Reichert

Cassy Reichert is a Vice President in our Customer practice.

With nearly two decades of Bain consulting experience, Cassy is a recognized leader in customer strategy, helping companies achieve sustainable, organic growth by putting customers at the center of their sales, pricing, and engagement strategies. She has played leadership roles within our Pricing, Customer Experience, and Sustainability practices.

Prior to joining Bain, Cassy worked in investment banking at UBS. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in international relations and political science.
