Dominik Foucar

Dominik Foucar is a member of our Automotive and M&A practices.

With nearly two decades of management consulting experience, Dominik's work spans accelerated performance transformation and M&A strategy work for automotive clients, including direct material cost and AI-enabled programs with leading German OEMs. He has deep expertise across the EV battery ecosystem, software transformation, and strategic realignment programs.

He is also an active member of our Operations and Performance Improvement practices, and advises automotive OEMs and suppliers on cost transformations as well as strategic realignment programs.

He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
