Douglas Kurdziel

Douglas Kurdziel is a member of our Financial Services practice and also recently served in a leadership role for the Americas Strategy practice.

He has served banking, payments, and wealth management clients, primarily on business unit strategy, innovation, and enterprise technology.

In addition to his experience gained with us, Douglas worked at a leading global bank across strategy, operations, and product roles for banking, payments, and consumer lending for five years. He started his career as an Associate Consultant at Bain, graduating from Vanderbilt University and Columbia Business School.

In his personal time, Douglas enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young sons. He is a passionate golfer and music fan and is closely involved with God's Love We Deliver, a New York based non-profit.
