Gustav Säleby (Holmgren)

Gustav is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.

Since joining Bain nearly 10 years ago, he has advised global and Nordic clients across industries, including advanced manufacturing and insurance. He focuses on large-scale transformations that drive cost reduction and improve organizational effectiveness.

Beyond his client work, Gustav is committed to improving ways of working and nurturing internal talent at Bain. He has led several internal initiatives and serves in leadership roles for our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in the Stockholm office. 

He holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
