James Taggart

James Taggart is a member of our Organization and Energy and Natural Resources practices. He has more than 10 years of consulting experience.

His work with clients focuses primarily on operating model transformation. He is an expert on our proprietary Org Navigator solution and other organization solutions. He has also supported clients on broader transformation and performance improvement efforts, including field force optimization.

He has worked with clients in the UK, USA, Europe, India, and Australia across a broad range of industries, including utilities, financial services, and retail.

James leads various talent initiatives for Bain London, including our Senior Consultant professional development programme.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an M.A. in Social and Political Science from the University of Cambridge.
