Jelle Rademaker is a member of our Private Equity and the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) practice
He has extensive strategy and investment experience with leading corporate clients and financial investors (venture, growth, buyout and sovereign) across Europe and the Middle East, with a particular focus on high-growth technology companies.
From a capability perspective, he brings deep expertise in strategy, M&A, commercial due diligence, and AI strategy and value creation.
Prior to joining Bain Amsterdam in 2017, Jelle co-founded a leading sustainable engineering consultancy firm in 2012, based in Amsterdam.
He holds an MSc research engineering degree in Industrial Ecology from Delft University of Technology, Leiden University, and Rotterdam Erasmus University (Netherlands).
Outside of work, Jelle is a father of four and an avid runner.
