Jess Craig

Jess Craig is an associate partner in our Enterprise Technology and Retail practices, based in San Francisco.

Throughout her tenure at Bain, she has advised leading global retailers on their customer strategies, technology and data strategies, and digital transformations. She also has experience working with our Innovation and Design team to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions through rapid prototyping and human-centered design.

Beyond her client work, she is a leader of our San Francisco 1GEN efforts, focused on socioeconomic diversity and inclusion.

She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
