Jess Craig

Jess Craig is a leader in our Enterprise Technology practice, and is also a member of our Retail and Utilities & Renewables practices.  

Throughout her tenure at Bain, she has advised leading global companies on their customer strategies, technology and data strategies, and digital transformations. She also has experience working with our Innovation and Design team to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions through rapid prototyping and human-centered design.

Beyond her client work, Jess is a leader of our San Francisco FirstGen Low Income ("First at Bain") efforts, focused on socioeconomic diversity and inclusion.

She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
