Junghee Bae

Junghee Bae is a leader of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services.

She joined Bain & Company Korea as a partner in 2022. During her extensive consulting career, she has served clients in multiple different industries including automotive, technology and media, consumer goods, retail, etc. She also has a wide range of experiences and expertise covering almost all important aspects of running a successful business in the era of uncertainties and opportunities.

Such experience spans AI and digital strategy and transformation, corporate vision and strategy, new business strategy, operational innovation and performance improvement, marketing and brand strategy and activation, product strategy, go-to-market strategy, ESG strategy and program development, business audit, M&A due diligence and post merger integration, change management and leadership development, etc.

Prior to Bain, she worked at Monitor Group and another large consulting firm where she held various leadership roles including Deputy Country Leader and the Head of Strategy and M&A Consulting.

She is a graduate of Harvard Business School with an MBA degree. She also holds a BA from Korea University.
