Kristen Stikeleather

Kristen Anderson is a member of our Consumer Products and M&A and Divestitures practices.

She has led multiple complex post-merger integrations, with significant experience standing up and running the Integration Management Office, as well as identifying and delivering cost and revenue synergies. Her recent client engagements have involved cross-border post-merger integration planning and execution, global operating model redesign including org design and wiring, and cultural integration.

She is a US food and beverage expert, with experience in frozen foods, dairy products, specialty food products, and non-alcoholic beverages.

In addition to her client work, Kristen is an active member of our Women at Bain affinity group, with a focus on mentoring W@B consultants and managers in the Atlanta office.

She holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and an AB in molecular biology from Princeton University. In her personal time, she enjoys gardening, travel, and is an avid NFL fan.
