Luiza Cerri is a member of our Financial Services and Enterprise Technology practices.
She has worked with many of the top financial institutions in Brazil, across banking, insurance, credit bureau and payments. Her work primarily surrounds strategy and digital (agile, gen AI and business transformation).
Beyond her client work, she leads our efforts for women's recruiting. Luiza is also a consultant peer group leader and a New Ways of Working office champion.
Prior to joining us, she worked in strategy at one of the biggest Brazilian conglomerates and graduated from the Columbia Business School.
Luiza was a contributing author to the "No Shortcuts: Turning the speech into effective actions to promote female leadership" report.
