Luke Betterman is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice.
With more than 10 years of consulting experience, he has led projects with top Biopharma and MedTech companies on various topics, including business unit and asset strategy, M&A diligence, post-merger integration, go-to-market strategy and commercial excellence, customer experience, and, most recently, Generative AI strategy.
Beyond his client work, he is a leader in the Seattle office on various initiatives. These efforts include serving as a Generative AI Champion for the roll out of tools across the firm, advising members of affinity groups at Bain, leading a group of rising managers at Bain in a class champion role, and planning training for our senior managers and associate partners.
Prior to joining us, Luke was a consultant focused on the MedTech industry. He graduated with an MBA from Wharton's Healthcare Management (HCM) program and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated magna cum laude.
In his personal time, Luke is an avid cyclist and skier who takes advantage of all the great outdoor opportunities the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
