Mark Krafft is an associate partner in our Performance Improvement and Enterprise Technology practices. His primary sectors of focus include Higher Education and Consumer Products. He is based in Washington, D.C.
Mark’s work centers on driving capability, technology, and cost transformation for his clients, from initial strategy development through to program orchestration and change management. He has extensive experience in global business services and sourcing.
His recent client results include the development and delivery of a large government agency’s technology and capability transformation, which yielded +$2.5B in savings and was delivered on-time and under budget, and the conception and delivery of a leading consumer products company’s global business services transformation, which resulted in meaningful improvement in performance, digitalization, and cost position for the company.
Mark has worked in our New York, London, and Washington D.C. offices.
Prior to joining us, Mark worked in M&A investment banking in Los Angeles. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he was granted the R.C. Kopf Fellowship and Shuchman-Hulbert Memorial Award in Marketing. He also earned a B.A. from Amherst College.
