Mark Krafft is an associate partner in our Performance Improvement and Enterprise Technology practices. His primary sectors of focus include Higher Education and Consumer Products. He is based in Washington, D.C.
Mark’s work centers on driving cost, capability and technology transformation for his clients. He has extensive experience in global business services and sourcing.
His key recent client results include developing the strategy of, and running a major technology and capability transformation for, a large government agency, which yielded £1.9B in savings and was delivered on-time and under budget. He also enabled one of the largest global consumer products companies to improve the performance, digitalization, and cost of its global business services organization.
Prior to joining us, Mark worked in M&A investment banking in Los Angeles.
He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he was granted the R.C. Kopf Fellowship and Shuchman-Hulbert Memorial Award in Marketing. He also earned a B.A. from Amherst College.
